Following discussion of Vedanta in Supreme Court in the Spring, it may be of interest that the UK Supreme Court has given permission to appeal in Okpabi v Royal Dutch Shell but has denied permission in the other of the trio of anchor defendant cases we have had since 2017, AAA v Unilever.
